Big Y marks seventh year as a Forbes ‘Best-in-State’ employer
SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - One local business is in the spotlight after being named a Forbes ‘Best-in-State Employer’ for the seventh year in a row in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Anonymous Big Y employees were polled and asked to give their opinions on a series of statements regarding topics like compensation, working conditions, potential for development, and overall company image.
Big Y said the recognition celebrates the dedication of the more than 10,000 employees who “who bring heart to their work and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and communities.”
