SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Viewers that received care at Baystate Health told us they’ve gotten past-due notices — for bills they never got. Western Mass News reached out to Baystate Health to get you answers.

They told us they recently upgraded their billing system to enhance the patient payment experience. In their statement, they said quote: “We recognize that transitions of this nature can at times create confusion, and we are committed to working closely with patients to ensure they have the information and support they need”
