Berkshire County: 'No Kings' rallies set for March 28

Berkshire County residents will come together, along with millions of Americans across the country, in a nationwide day of nonviolent protest at the third No Kings Day of Peaceful Action on Saturday, March 28.

There are over 2,600 events planned nationwide. Attendees are encouraged to wear yellow, a global symbol of peaceful resistance, and some gatherings will feature guest speakers and music.

The following events are scheduled in Berkshire County and nearby towns:

Lee: 10 a.m. to noon at the Lee Public Library, 100 Main St.

Worthington: 10 a.m. to noon at the Town Hall, 160 Huntington Road.

Adams: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Center and Commercial streets, near Adams Post Office.

Stockbridge: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Town Offices, 50 Main St.

Salisbury, Conn.: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in front of the White Hart Inn, intersection of Routes 41 and 44.

Great Barrington: Noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 334 Main St.

West Stockbridge: Noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church, 45 Main St.

Bennington, Vt.: Noon to 3:30 p.m. beginning with a march on River Street followed by a rally at the Bennington State Office Complex, 200 Veterans Memorial Drive.

Dalton: 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on sidewalk in front of the CRA, 400 Main St.

North Adams: 12:30 to 2 p.m. at City Hall, 10 Main St. Greylock Together will be collecting non-food household and hygiene products.

Pittsfield: 2 to 4:30 p.m. at The Common, 100 First St., beginning with a march from the First Street parking lot to North Street and returning to the Common for the rally.
