Berkshire DA: Man told police he killed a family member

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A North Adams man admitted to murdering his family member on Monday morning, according to the Berkshire District Attorney’s office.
David Louis Boucher, 48, allegedly called police to report that he killed a family member inside his residence on Walnut Street.
North Adams police responded around 11:50 a.m. where they found one man deceased inside the home.
Boucher was arrested and charged with murder. He is set to be arraigned Tuesday morning and the DA’s office says there is no danger to the public.
