Car crashes into hotel in Chicopee

CHICOPEE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A car has crashed into the Hampton Inn at 600 Memorial Drive. Western Mass News crews were on scene to observe the damage.
No word on injuries but the building was evacuated. Our photographer on scene did see one woman on a stretcher and a large police and fire presence. We have reached out to both Chicopee Police and Fire, as well as Hampton Inn for more information, but at this time we are awaiting a response.
We will continue to follow this story and bring you all the new information as it becomes available.
