Cooling centers open in Springfield this week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Cooling centers will be open throughout the city on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Another heatwave is possible on those days as temperatures climb into the mid-90s.

Mayor Sarno says a number of splash pads will also be open early to help beat the heat.
