Easthampton native to discuss star-studded film in Greenfield

GREENFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - “Our Hero, Balthazar,” a film that boasts a 94 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes, will be showing in Greenfield and a co-writer and Easthampton native will be there to talk about it.
The film was released in March and follows a wealthy teen from New York who travels to Texas to stop a would-be mass shooter.
It stars Jaeden Martell, known for his roles in “It” and “Knives Out” and Asa Butterfield, known for “Sex Education.” Noah Centineo and Avan Jogia also have roles in the film.
On June 7, Greenfield Garden Cinema will host a showing of “Our Hero, Balthazar” with co-writer Ricky Camilleri in attendance. Camilleri is from Easthampton and went to Hampshire College.
The showing will be at 6:30 p.m. with a Q&A with Camilleri to follow.
