Elm Court developers to argue against full Lenox review of $80M resort project

LENOX — When attorneys for the Elm Court estate resort and residential project go before the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals on July 1, they will argue that there’s no need for a painstaking full review of the special permit approved in April by the Stockbridge Select Board.
The Gilded Age site dates back to 1885 and was built by Emily Vanderbilt Sloan and her husband, William Sloan.
