Firefighters put out ceiling fire

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Springfield fire crews responded to the 100 block of Allen Street for reports of smoke around 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
First responders quickly attacked the fire which was found in the ceiling of the second floor living room. there have been no reports of injuries.
