NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - If you’ve ever wanted to create an ice cream flavor, Herrell’s Ice Cream is giving you the chance. Beginning on Sunday, you can enter either Herrell’s location, fill out a slip with your flavor idea, and put it in the box.

Not only will the winner get to taste their creation, but they’ll also get a t-shirt, a quartet of Herrell’s hot fudge, and of course the tastiest prize of all, bragging rights. Last year they saw over 200 entries, but you only get one per person, so make it count.

If you need ideas, last year’s winning flavors were a deconstructed Dubai chocolate bar, and white chocolate matcha raspberry. The contest closes February 28th.
