Hundreds of residents without power Saturday night

SOMERS, CT (WGGB/WSHM) - If you had some trouble getting around Somers, Connecticut Saturday night, we now know why. An electrical issue left over 880 people without power.
Route 190 was completely closed between Gulf Road and Bailey Lane around 8:30 p.m. Saturday night as crews worked to address the issue.
Connecticut State Police said there was a problem with a transformer. Around 10 p.m., Eversource reported that all power had been restored, and the road was reopened.
