Longmeadow Boys Lacrosse wins MIAA state championship

LONGMEADOW, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Longmeadow celebrated their boys lacrosse team Saturday as they competed for their 22nd state title.
The team went off to the state championship game on Friday as family and friends gathered to send them off. Longmeadow has been noted as one of the most successful high school lacrosse programs in the country.
Longmeadow’s Boys Lacrosse tipped off against Mansfield at Coughlin Field at Worcester State University at 7 p.m. and won the championship.
