Ludlow Animal Control officer helps out animal in need

LUDLOW, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - While normally animals are brought into animal control, however one animal control officer in Ludlow headed out on the water to treat a patient in their own home.
This Canadian Gosling who had fishing line and a hook around its neck. The officer and her son paddled out on Haviland Pond, found the animal in need, and removed them from the water.
They were able to safely remove the hook and line and sent the gosling on their way.
