MONSON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - After 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 12th, emergency crews in Monson were sent to 110 Beebe Road for a report of a clothes dryer caught on fire.

When crews arrived, they found one resident of the home suffering from burn injuries on the porch and smoke coming from the house.

Upon further investigation, crews discovered the fire to be mostly put out before they had arrived. Crews finished putting out the rest of the flames and removed smoldering objects from the home.

There are no further details at this time.
