Police arrest fugitive from New York State

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A man wanted for an attempted murder in New York was arrested on Thursday night.
36-year-old Andre Banks allegedly shot a victim in New York and fled to Springfield.
Officials found Banks at Union Station and arrested him on a fugitive from justice court warrant.
