Springfield bridge to be closed for repairs

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - If you’re planning to drive through Springfield on Tuesday, there will be a road closure from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
The Saint James Avenue Bridge over the abandoned railroad will be closed during that time for necessary repairs. Posted detours will be in place but drivers should still expect delays, reduce their speed and use caution.
