SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Western Mass News is your local sports authority the Thunderbirds live to see another game, as they handled business at the Thunderdome Thursday, beating the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 2-0.
The T-Birds got their first goal in the second period and didn’t look back. They even the series at 2 to 2, and will play in a win-or-go-home game in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton this weekend, puck drop is set for Saturday at 6:05 p.m.
