Take a look at the winning ADU designs from the state's competition

Massachusetts announced the winners of its accessory dwelling unit competition, making all of the designs free to download and use.
The Massachusetts Accessory Dwelling Unit Design Challenge aimed to help property owners see what their options are and plan building ADUs, which are also called in-law suites. ADUs are now permitted by right in the state via the Affordable Homes Act.
On Friday, the Healey showcased the winning ADUs. All the information about the winners and the full list of downloadable designs can be found at tinyurl.com/mwtm89k3.
