Third annual Bands for Brittney held to fight pediatric cancer

HADLEY, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - The Bands for Brittney Fundraiser took place in Hadley this weekend to help fight pediatric cancer.
The event ran for its third year in a row and honors the life of 5-year-old Brittney Gail Bliss, who bravely fought cancer and died in June of 2023.
Funds raised will go towards cancer research through Brittney’s Believers. Nearly 10,000 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer this year.
