SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - The Springfield Thunderbirds are back home at the MassMutual Center for game 4 of the Atlantic Division Semifinals. The energy is definitely building out here tonight; fans are coming in ready to cheer on the T-Birds as they take on the Providence Bruins.

Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. on Thursday night here at the MassMutual Center. The Thunderbirds are coming off a big overtime win Tuesday and now they’ve got the edge in this best-of-five series.

With a win tonight, the Thunderbirds would get their ticket to the Division Finals. Just a short while ago we spoke with fans here who tell me they’re feeling confident the T-Birds will take home another win, “absolutely I have absolute faith,” said Thunderbirds superfan Tomeka Ligon, “We’ve had our ups and downs but it just shows how resilient this team is.”
