SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - Police seized a loaded gun, crack-cocaine, and a stolen vehicle after a wellbeing check Tuesday morning, it happened on Beacon Circle around 7 a.m.

That’s where officers went to check on 3 people who were sleeping inside that stolen vehicle. The 17-year-old driver tried to drive off but was stopped and arrested.

The passengers — 20-year-old Atavion Stewart and 19-year-old Quadrevian Roman, also ran off but were caught and detained.

Police say they seized crack-cocaine and more than $1,300 from Roman, and a loaded gun from Stewart.

All three are facing a slew of charges.
