Police seize narcotics in traffic stop

STURBRIDGE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Police in Sturbridge uncovered a significant amount of suspected heroin and fentanyl after a traffic stop last Friday. During a stop for speeding, an officer noticed signs of narcotics present.
A search of the car revealed drug paraphernalia and 150 bags of suspected heroin, hidden in a car wash mitt. The driver, Nicholas Harrington of Holland, was arrested.
However, the passenger, Joshua Conley of Southbridge, fought with officers and ran off. Conley was later arrested in Southbridge.
