SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Springfield Police seized three illegal dirt bikes and arrested their riders over the weekend.

Officials conducted an off-highway-vehicle enforcement detail and found all three riders riding without helmets on different streets across Springfield.

A fourth rider, who was 14-years-old, was stopped and issued a criminal complaint. Luis Vazquez, 35, of Springfield, Eugene Gonzalez, 18, of Westfield, and Geovannie Alicea, 20, of Westfield all face unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle charges.
