6 people arrested following Springfield drug investigation

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -- Six people were arrested after an investigation into an apartment on the 600 block of Union Street in Springfield Thursday afternoon after police received complaints by neighbors of suspected drug dealing.
Springfield Police spokesperson Ryan Walsh said during a search of the apartment, they reportedly found approximately 36 grams of crack-cocaine, more than 100 bags of suspected heroin, and nearly $3,000 in cash.
Investigators arrested 53-year-old Hector Rivera of Springfield, 25-year-old Bernamaxin Lebron-Sierra of Feeding Hills, and 32-year-old Jhonatan Figueroa on drug-related charges.
Police also arrested 45-year-old Nicole Melbourne and 27-year-old Elizabeth Lafleur, both of Springfield, on drug possession charges and 46-year-old Orlando Dominguez of Springfield on an outstanding warrant.
