Abandoned cats found in filthy carrier, Enfield police say

ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) - Someone left four cats in a carrier along the side of a road in Enfield on Monday, police said.
Enfield police said the town’s animal control department impounded the animals.
“The carrier was extremely filthy, and these poor animals were covered in feces with no food or water,” police said in their report.
They asked anyone who may recognize the cats to contact Enfield Animal Control at 860-763-8944,
