Amherst residents take to streets for annual community clean-up

AMHERST, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A community clean-up event brought people together to beautify Amherst on Sunday.
Volunteers took to the streets to help breath new life into several areas around town, including the Mill River recreation area, town hall, and Groff Park.
Last year, the event drew nearly 200 volunteers and collected 184 bags of trash
