‘Chicorilla’ celebrating the 12 Days of ‘Chicorilla-mas’
CHICOPEE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- There’s a number of names you often associate with this time of the year.
Theres the Grinch, Dominic the Donkey, Scrooge, and of course Santa Claus and his reindeer.
Now there’s a new holiday icon who’s celebrating the 12 days of Christmas around the City of Chicopee.
Meet the Chicorilla, the city’s town holiday mascot who’s going a little bananas.
Chicorilla first appeared on the mayor’s office’s Facebook page on Sunday for the first day of ‘Chicorilla-mas.’
The local icon has since gone on to send a letter in the city’s north pole mailbox, which is accepting letters until Thursday 18th.
