Cooking oil spill in Chicopee causes traffic delays

CHICOPEE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- The Chicopee Police Department is warning drivers to be aware of traffic delays south bound on Memorial Drive in the area of Stop & Shop.
According to officials, there are reports of several barrels of cooking oil that have been spilled onto the roadway.
At this time, Chicopee Fire is working to assist in road cleanup, and are asking that you seek alternate routes.
