East Brookfield animal shelter offering discounted fees for bonded pets

EAST BROOKFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Second Chances Animals Services in East Brookfield is celebrating Valentine’s Day by shining a spotlight on bonded pets.
The shelter is offering a discount of $100 on all bonded pet fees through Saturday. Bonded pets are often emotionally attached and separating them distresses or traumatizes the animals.
By lowering these fees, the shelter hopes to make it easier for adopters to afford the pair of animals, so they don’t have to be separated or get left behind in the shelter.
