Emergency crews’ close road due to incident near industrial complex

AGAWAM, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- We’re working to get answers in Agawam as a street with industrial businesses was blocked off by both police and the fire department around 6:30 p.m. Monday night.
When our crews first arrived at OMG Roofing products on Bowles Road, they said the road was blocked but could smell burning plastic in the area.
They said they did not see any visible flames but could see a ladder from a fire truck extended as crews attended to the building.
