Federal Aviation Administration investigating close call between two aircrafts at Boston Logan Airport

EAST BOSTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a close call between two commercial flights at Boston Logan International Airport on Saturday morning.
Around 11:30 a.m., Delta Air Lines Flight 2351 began approaching their landing, right as American Airlines Flight 3161 was accelerating for takeoff on an intersecting runway.
The Delta pilot was able to make a go-around, landing safely and avoiding the other plane.
At this time, it is unclear how close the two planes were to colliding.
There were no reports of any injuries. The investigation remains ongoing.
