Heavy police presence seen along Otis Avenue in War

WARE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Otis Avenue in Ware was closed off Monday morning as police were in the area.
Our crew reported seeing police from Ware, Monson, and Palmer at the scene and investigators at 18 and 20 Otis Avenue.
