Holyoke marks first night of Hanukkah with menorah lighting, celebration

HOLYOKE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A Hanukkah celebration in Holyoke celebrated its anniversary over the weekend.
The tenth annual celebration at City Hall included the lighting of the menorah, speakers, songs, and refreshments. There were also dreidels, gelt, and a reading corner for children.
For 2025, Hanukkah started Sunday night and ends at sundown on December 22.
