Loaded gun seized, man arrested during suspect search in Springfield
SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - An East Hartford man is facing charges after getting caught in the wrong place at the right time for police. Now, a loaded gun has been seized and the search for a suspect is still ongoing.
Around 6:30 a.m. Thursday in Springfield, officers began a search for a suspect inside a Chestnut Street apartment. While there, they found a gun loaded with ten rounds of ammunition and 31-year-old Michael Logan.
Logan was placed under arrest and is facing multiple gun-related charges. An unidentified woman has been criminally summonsed and the original suspect was not found.
