Man stabbed in face on Pittsfield street, police investigating

PITTSFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A 41-year-old man is recovering after being found with a stab wound to his face.
Pittsfield Police responded to Melville Street shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday where they found the unidentified man. He was taken to Berkshire Medical Center where he’s being treated for serious, but non-life threatening, injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
