SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -- The City of Firsts rolled out a food truck like none other in its Pine Point neighborhood on Thursday and the new business is putting a Puerto Rican twist on a classic comfort food.

Bella Borinquen on Wheels celebrated its grand opening Thursday on Boston Road with representatives from the Latino Economic Development Corporation, the Springfield School Committee, and state legislators to commemorate the occasion.

Thanks to a more than $90,000 investment, the owners, Roberto and Sandra Camacho, said they’re bringing their dream to life by offering amazing food and service.
