Northampton ‘State of Emergency’ set to be lifted

NORTHAMPTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra will be lifting the state of emergency for the city at seven a.m. Tuesday morning.
This means street parking bans will be lifted at that time, and parking fees for the city will resume at ten in the morning.
In addition, Northampton Public Schools will be in session, but will have a two-hour delay.
