Palmer brush fire sparked by live wire

PALMER, MA (WGGB/WSHM) -- Quick work by firefighters stopped a Palmer brush fire from getting much more dangerous.
On Monday, crews found a fire behind the Palmer Highway Department building. Flames were boxed in by a nearby river and rail line, which helped stop it from spreading.
Investigators said it started after a live wire sparked the flames. Firefighters got it under control in just 20 minutes, with no property damage or injuries.
If you live downtown or along Route 20, you may see a few power outages while repairs continue.
