Person hospitalized following multi-vehicle crash

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- A multi-car crash at Walter and Main Streets in Springfield Tuesday night caused heavy traffic delays.
Our crews arrived at the intersection just before 5 p.m., where we were able to see debris scattered around the intersection and multiple cars off to the side with visible damage.
At that time, traffic was being redirected to one lane but started clearing up as our crew was leaving.
City officials tell us one person was brought to the hospital but is expected to be ok.
