The foundation, along with the Boston Bruins Foundation, delivered over 250 winter coats to families in Hadley as part of its eighth annual Operation Warm event. The event is expanding this year, with $105,000 going toward the purchase of new winter essentials. Hadley Fire Fighters Local 5486 is one of the beneficiaries of the expansion, in partnership with the western Massachusetts chapter of Bikers Against Child Abuse and the Hadley Public Schools.
