Springfield Museums host ‘Book of Wonder, Cover to Cover’ exhibit

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- Springfield Museums is inviting visitors to literally step inside the pages of art this spring and summer, with a new immersive exhibit that turns old books into new worlds.
“Book of Wonder, Cover to Cover: A Hands-on Journey with Donna Castellanos” is now open at the Michele and Donald D’amour Museum of Fine Arts and runs until September 6th.
The show lets guests wander through a series of story-like environments built from repurposed books and found objects. You’ll see everything from poppies made of book covers to a life-size dog made of recycled materials.
