Springfield Police reunite boy with his family

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Police in Springfield have been able to reunite a child with his family.
They said the boy was found in the area of Plainfield Street around 2:15 p.m. and asked the public for their help in either identifying him or his family.
Investigators noted around 3:25 p.m. that they have learned the boy’s identity and they thanked the public for their assistance with the case.
