Springfield Thunderbirds bring back ‘Community Caravan’

SOMERS, Conn. (WGGB/WSHM) -- The Springfield Thunderbirds are bringing their special ‘Community Caravan’ back to the community.
This summer of fun kicks off across state lines at Sonnys Place in Connecticut at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Thunderbirds-themed activities will be available all day, and you can even meet everyone’s favorite mascot Boomer.
Kids are encouraged to wear their favorite t-birds gear for a free round of mini golf.
