SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- A local woman just became a whole lot richer. Rosa Blair of Springfield won Massachusetts’ “$100 a Week for Life” $1 instant ticket game.
Blair chose the cash option, received a one-time payment of $80,000, and plans to save her winnings.
