‘Star-Spangled Sing-off’ winner to be revealed Thursday
SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Western Massachusetts showed up in a big way for Gray Media’s “Star-Spangled Sing-off” in May 12.
We received dozens of entries for this contest, which featured talented singers and their a cappella renditions of “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

The contest was part of Gray’s “We The People” initiative celebrating America’s 250th birthday ahead of July 4, 2026.
The overall contest’s winner will get an all-expenses-paid trip to Nashville to film a performance that will air on 12 On Your Side and all other Gray Media stations across the U.S.
