Structure fire prompts Westfield road closure

WESTFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - An active fire has caused one Westfield road to be closed to traffic.

Westfield Police said North Elm Street is closed between Notre Dame Street and the bridges because of the fire.

Additional details about the fire were not immediately available.

Police are asking drivers to seek alternate routes.
