Water main break causes road closure, delays in Longmeadow

LONGMEADOW, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - A water main break has led to detours for drivers in Longmeadow.
Longmeadow Police said the break occurred on Longmeadow Street, near the intersection of Meadowbrook Road and DPW crews are currently on-scene making repairs.
As a result, part of Longmeadow Street is closed for an extended period of time between Farmington Road and Bliss Road. Drivers are being asked to expect delays or seek alternate routes.
