Water main break closes Church Street in Chicopee

CHICOPEE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - Crews are working to repair a water main break near a busy Chicopee intersection.
Police said the break is along Church Street, which is now closed between Broadway and Court Street.
The Chicopee Water Department is on-scene working to repair the main, but drivers are urged to take alternate routes as the repairs are expected to take most of the day.
