Westfield officials warn increased presence ahead of attack training

WESTFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- Westfield officials are warning residents not to worry if they see any increase in emergency crews in the area.
Throughout the week, the Westfield Police Department and Westfield Fire Department will be training at the former Abner Gibbs School on West Silver Street.
They say the training is to ensure ‘the highest level of service and response’. They are sending their thanks to the community for their understanding.
