Honorable mentions were made for athletes who finished shy of All-Star status.

Softball All-Stars

Lila Roy | Belchertown

The Orioles relied heavily on Lila Roy throughout this year, with the junior playing huge roles both in the circle and at the plate. Even in the biggest games of the season in the Division 3 state tournament, Lila Roy continued to be a two-way threat.

Kina Roy | Belchertown

Kina Roy was a tough out offensively for the Orioles’ opponents all season, leading her squad in hits and RBIs. The sophomore catcher showcased a great combination of contact and power, while providing a solid backstop in the field.

Summer Routhier | Easthampton

After a solid sophomore season in 2025, Routhier reached a new level as a junior, both in the circle and at the plate. Her strikeout numbers stayed high, while allowing less than half the runs she did as a junior. Routhier rounded out the huge year by finishing with a career high in hits in a season.

Meredith Bartosz | Granby

Bartosz had a great two-way year in 2026 for the Rams, serving as her team’s main arm and leadoff hitter throughout their run to the Division 5 state tournament quarterfinals. The junior tallied over 100 strikeouts this season, along with finishing near the top of the team in hits.

Kaitlyn Curran | Granby

Leading the Rams in hits for the 2026 campaign was Curran, who reached 100 career hits in mid-April. The senior went out with a bang, finishing the year with her most hits in a season while playing a solid second base defensively.

Ellie Szlosek | Granby

Szlosek helped form a dominant middle infield pairing for the Rams at shortstop, leading the team in RBIs this season. The junior’s breakout featured a career high in hits as well, showing off her power with her team’s lone home run of the year.

Ryanne Dubay | Hampshire Regional

The Raiders finished with the most all-stars in Hampshire County after making it to the Division 4 semifinals, led by their starting pitcher Ryanne Dubay. After an impressive sophomore season in 2025, the right-hander once again showed off her two-way skillset, proving to be a huge reason for her team’s success this year.

Reagan Dubay | Hampshire Regional

Forming the other half of the pitcher/catcher duo was Reagan Dubay, whose power offensively was on full display throughout the season. The junior led the Raiders in extra-base hits, home runs and RBIs, setting the tone in the heart of the lineup on a nightly basis.

Lucy Trombley | Hampshire Regional

Trombley headlined a polished defense for the Raiders as the team’s everyday shortstop, stepping up into a big role this season. The eighth grader also was a staple of consistency at the plate, getting on base at a high rate near the top of the lineup.

Rachael Hickox | Hampshire Regional

Hickox led the Raiders in on-base percentage in 2026, playing a huge role in the squad’s offensive success throughout the year.

Grace Bechard | Holyoke

Bechard led a Purple Knights lineup that featured a number of impressive bats throughout 2026, finding a way to tally hits consistently all year long.

The Golden Hawks used three different pitchers throughout the season, with Bailey putting together an impressive senior campaign. Along with her pitching prowess, Bailey was an important bat on the offensive side.

Lily Ellia | Hopkins Academy

Ellia reached 100 career hits early in the spring for the Golden Hawks, continuing what has been a great career at the varsity level. The senior’s final year was her best yet, providing one of the best bats on the team while facilitating the defense from behind the dish.

Olivia Earle | Hopkins Academy

It took two seasons for Earle to acclimate to the varsity level, with the sophomore breaking out in 2026 and becoming a staple in the Golden Hawks’ lineup.

Greta Lepore | Northampton

Lepore was an easy selection for the Blue Devils after a standout eighth-grade season both in the circle and offensively. With over 100 strikeouts and 20 hits on the year, Lepore was a valuable asset to her team all year long.

Ryleigh Pease | Northampton

As one of the few Blue Devils in high school, Pease proved to be a leader for her squad despite it being her freshman year. Pease was a tough out for opposing pitchers consistently throughout the season, leading the team in hits.

Quinn Carlson | Smith Academy

As the Falcons main pitcher in 2026, Carlson held a lot of the team’s weight on her shoulders. The sophomore rose to the occasion, putting together over 100 strikeouts, while also proving solid offense as well.

Millie Barszcz | Smith Academy

Barszcz impacted her team in a big way, leading the Falcons offense in hits, extra base hits and RBIs this season. Just in her eighth-grade season, the future for Barszcz is bright.

Willow Hicks | Smith Vocational

Hicks helped the Vikings make the Division 4 state tournament with a big season offensively in 2026, leading the team in RBIs and showcasing a great combination of contact, power and speed.

Samantha LaFlesh | South Hadley

A 12-game losing streak in the middle of the 2026 campaign put a damper on the year for the Tigers, but LaFlesh provided a bright spot in just her freshman season. LaFlesh impacted the game in the circle and at the plate, showing her squad how valuable she can be moving forward.
